Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Optional: 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Optional: 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and sliced peaches.
- Add the chopped mint leaves, lime juice, and sea salt to the bowl.
- Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
- If desired, add crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, and cucumber.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
