Description

A delicious and easy recipe for oven baked potato wedges that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp home fry potato seasoning
  • 2/3 cup canola oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in 1 quart of water for 3 minutes. Drain; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the oil and seasoning and toss to coat.
  3. Transfer to a large baking sheet and arrange into a single layer.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated 375°F oven for 45 minutes, flipping once in between.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, ensure the wedges are not overcrowded on the baking sheet.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
