Description
A delicious and easy recipe for oven baked potato wedges that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Ingredients

- 5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges
- 2 Tbsp home fry potato seasoning
- 2/3 cup canola oil
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in 1 quart of water for 3 minutes. Drain; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Add the oil and seasoning and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a large baking sheet and arrange into a single layer.
- Bake in a pre-heated 375°F oven for 45 minutes, flipping once in between.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure the wedges are not overcrowded on the baking sheet.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
