- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
