  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
  • Additional parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
