- 1½ cups milk
- 1 lb pasteurized processed cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (undrained)
- 12 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, milk, cheddar cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and uncooked macaroni.
- Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
