Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, milk, cheddar cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and uncooked macaroni.
  4. Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
