Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season the sliced flank steak with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened and slightly charred.
5. Return the steak to the skillet, mixing it with the peppers and onions until warmed through.
6. Serve the steak and vegetables in warm flour tortillas.
