These easy Cherry Pie Bars have all the flavors of a classic cherry pie but in a convenient bar form. With a buttery crust, sweet cherry filling, and a delicious glaze, they are perfect for any occasion!

For the Bars:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened to room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 (21-ounce) cans cherry pie filling
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 pan.
- Cream butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and almond extract. Gradually mix in flour.
- Spread ⅔ of the dough into the pan. Spread cherry pie filling over the dough, then drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and milk for the glaze, then drizzle over the bars.

- These bars can be frozen for later use.
