- 1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or casserole dish.
Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, sliced pepperoni, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the tortellini mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the Italian cheese blend if using.
Bake the Casserole: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
